beet, carrot, and apple juice

enjoy it right away!

Want an all-in-one healthy food in a glass? Perfect! This Carrot, Beet, and Apple Juice is what you need to start a healthy day with. It’s even healthier and tastier when you add some ginger, lemon, and turmeric in too. All you need to do is to squeeze these goodness together for fast nutrients. absorbing!

There are so many kinds of fruits you can combine and make your own juice with, but the one I most highly recommend is this Carrot, Beet, and Apple Juice. The combination of the 3 easy-to-find ingredients gives this juice a simply great taste. If you have some ginger, lemon (including the skin) and turmeric, try adding them too. They all work so well together, and make the taste extraordinary.

We don’t drink a lot of juice–especially pre-made juice. However, about once a week, during weekends when we have more time to eat breakfast, I make this Carrot, Beet, and Apple Juice as a special treat for all of us. It’s amazingly refreshing, and gives us a great start to the day!

Ready to juice your own? Let’s get started!

Things you need for making Carrot, Beet, and Apple Juice:

  1. 2 medium size beets, and apples.
  2. 3-4 carrots.
  3. ½ lemon
  4. 1 inch of ginger, and fresh turmeric.
  5. A juicer. No worries if you don’t have a juicer. You can simply use a blender to blend everything up, and strain the mixture with cheesecloth instead.

Note: This amount is perfect for 3 servings, but you can certainly adjust the amount according to your own needs.

How:

  1. Wash and discard the bad parts of everything thoroughly.
  2. Cut them into small chunks. (make sure they can go through your juicer.)
  3. Slowly juice everything, and voila!

I just found your YouTube channel and I’m loving it! There are so many things I want to try.

My question is, what brand of juicer are you using and would you recommend it now that you have it?

Thank you so much, I’m so glad you found my channel!. The juicer that I’m using is Omega Juicer. It’s not fancy, but it does a great job for what I need. I have it for a long time and it’s still working great, and I’m very with it. Please check it out at my amazon storefront. shorturl.at/fuCE4
