If you enjoy milk tea, I’m sure you know bubble tea. If you are looking for something healthier than regular bubble tea, but still fun to drink, Bubble Tea (without tea) is what you want. This kid-friendly version is made purely from the plant-based milk of your choice. Simply add your favorite fruits, boba, and some sweetener into it, this healthy Bubble Tea (without tea) will easily become a great dessert!
Living in Taiwan for a year, Bubble tea is no stranger to us. It’s a fun drink, refreshing, and undoubtedly tasty. Unfortunately, most of it made from powdered-premixed-flavored-tea, dairy milk. It’s also way too sweet, with so much syrup (which that I don’t know what it’s made from).
Since it’s rather unhealthy, we feel guilty most of the time we drink it. However, we don’t want to give up drinking it entirely, so I came up with my own recipe. With only simple and healthy ingredients, this Bubble Tea (without tea) is a much better choice for anyone.
Despite cutting out all unnecessary ingredients, we don’t feel we’re missing anything. In fact, we feel better knowing we aren’t putting any unknown ingredients into our bodies.…
